Aus den verborgenen Tiefen des Nordwestens Englands lodern die Hyperjax seit 1996 die Versuche der Live-Schaltung weltweit. Sie sind eine Band, die sich unter anderem aus Rockabilly, Punk Rock und Psychobilly Einflüssen zusammensetzt und gleichzeitig behauptet, dass sie nur eine Rock n Roll Band sind.

Nachdem sie Ende der 90er Jahre einen Einfluss auf die britische Psychobilly-Szene ausgeübt hatten, brachten sie ihre selbstveröffentlichte EP “Happy Pillz” im Jahr 2000 heraus, was ihnen Kritik einbrachte und ihnen einen Platz auf dem New York Rumble Festival verschaffte, das im Oktober des folgenden Jahres ihren Einfluss auf Europa ausübte und sie zu ähnlichen Festivals in Holland und The Satanic Stomp in Deutschland führte. 2002 veröffentlichten sie ihr Debütalbum’Generation X-Rated’ auf Raucous Records.

Ihre Popularität wuchs und tourte ständig auf und ab, wo immer sie konnten, und es gelang ihnen, einen Platz auf dem kommerziell orientierten Festival “Carling Reading Festival” im Jahr 2003 zu finden. Im folgenden Jahr tourten sie auf und ab Calfornia USA zu Massen von Menschen, die nach dem Kauf ihres Albums anisiped waren.

In den nächsten zehn Jahren veröffentlichten sie The Bottom Line (2007) The Wildest Card (2008), die sich auf Festivals neben großen Acts wie The Levellers, Spear of Destiny und The Damned platzierten.

Im Herbst 2015 veröffentlichten sie auf Lime Digital Records ihr viertes Album March to your own beat”, das von der Kritik mit großem Erfolg aufgenommen wurde. From the hidden depths of the north west of England The Hyperjax have blazed the trials of the live circuit wordwide since 1996. They are a band made up of Rockabilly, Punk Rock and Psychobilly influences among other genres while maintaining that they are just a Rock n Roll band.

After making an impact on the UK Psychobilly scene at the end of the 90s they put out their self released EP ‘Happy Pillz’ in 2000 this gained them critical acclaim landing them a slot at the New York Rumble festival that Oct which fueled their impact over Europe the following year landing them similar festivals in Holland and The Satanic Stomp in Germany. Releasing their debut album ‘Generation X-Rated’ on Raucous Records in 2002.

Their popularity increased and were constantly touring up and down the everywhere they could and managed to land a slot at the more commercial orientated festival ‘Carling Reading Festival’ in 2003. The following year they toured up and down Calfornia USA to masses of crowds who had anisipated their arrive having bought their album .

Over the next decade they released ‘The Bottom Line (2007) The Wildest Card (2008) landing themselves on festivals along side major acts such as The Levellers, Spear of Destiny and The Damned.

In the fall of 2015 they put out on Lime Digital Records their fourth album ‘March to your own beat’ to much critical acclaim. The Hyperjax are a band who have mastered the power of the song.
